Challenging Behaviour Awareness with Lone Working

This course is designed for frontline care and healthcare staff who may encounter conflict and challenging behaviour when performing their job. It has six modules and an estimated completion time of 90-100 minutes. This course maps directly to Maybo's training programmes and therefore can be undertaken as part of a blended learning programme or as a standalone course.

Recognise potential conflict flashpoints and risks in your work
Understand and manage human behaviour
Identify simple steps to prevent and reduce conflict and risk for all parties
Develop skills to defuse calm and resolve conflict
Make good choices and communicate positively in conflict situations
Understand the effects an incident of workplace violence can have on all those involved
