This online virtual classroom course will provide you with positive and proactive approaches to managing behaviours of concern based on respect for the individual.
During an engaging virtual session you will learn how to identify behaviours that challenge and signs of escalation to reduce the immediate risks it may pose to the individual and others around them, and use communication to de-escalate a situation.
Our expert trainers have years of experience working with individuals exhibiting behaviours that challenge and are dedicated to providing you with the most up-to-date information and techniques. Upon completion of the course, you will have the tools you need to understanding how behaviours can change and how to spot signs of escalation, barriers to communication and how to minimise risk.
